Hi Tammy,,, used to listen to these songs once in a while. nice list :)

Tammy (author) from North Carolina on July 13, 2012:

These are some of my favorites too. They are great to listen to at the gym. If I can't kick someone elses butt, it makes me want to kick my own.

As for your list? - Sublime 'What I got', Kid Rock 'Bawitdaba', Drowning Pool 'Bodies' & Disturbed 'Down with the Sickness' all get me a bit juiced up.

Tammy (author) from North Carolina on July 13, 2012:

Thanks for reading and commenting CriticalMessage. Frank Sinatra has some excellent , aggressive songs. I watched a documenatary once that said he was so generous to his friends, but if someone took advantage of it he could get really explosive. You can feel that in some of his songs. That is a great suggestion.

Tammy (author) from North Carolina on July 13, 2012:

Thanks so much for your kind words epigramman. You have great taste in music. :)

Murphy from Chicagoland, Illinois on July 13, 2012:

This does not reflect my age.. But I have always thought of Frank Sinatra singing "High Hopes" when the moons aren't lining up for me at anytime.

Nice Hub here Tammy !

Kenneth Avery from Hamilton, Alabama on November 29, 2011:

Hello, once again, Tammy....how about Whole Lotta Love, by Zeppelin; Jump via Van Halen; Walking On The Sun, Smash Mouth? I could do on. I do this when I overdose on black coffee. Sorry.

Kenneth Avery from Hamilton, Alabama on November 29, 2011:

Hi, tammy. That is fine. I have them on YouTube linked to Facebook and and to Hubs if need me...you might say that Im ZZ Top Fixed for now. And it's always a pleasure to drop in to see what you have to read in "Tammy's Literary General Store," a place of peace, quiet, and personal reflection. Love this place. Kenneth

Tammy (author) from North Carolina on November 28, 2011:

Kenneth,

I forgot about ZZ Top. They rock too! Thank you for stopping by!

Kenneth Avery from Hamilton, Alabama on November 28, 2011:

Dear Tammy, amen to that! Hot For Teacher; Start Me Up; Keep Your Hands to Yourself; Sharp-Dressed Man, yes, these are only a few 'feel good' songs that make ME feel great. I never tire of lip-syncing and air guitaring them. Then Im too worn out to feel bad. But classic rock never fades. Thank YOU, Tammy for being dead-on with the truth in this hub. Kenneth

Tammy (author) from North Carolina on November 28, 2011:

Thank you Eddy!

Thanks Kenneth! I think I will do a workout list too. Music is the best thing to affect our moods. :)

Kenneth Avery from Hamilton, Alabama on November 24, 2011:

Fascinating hub, Tammy. Loved every word and I agree. Songs are THE best to lean on when the mood turns blue. Keep up the great work. KENNETH

Hi PDX,

I LOVE that song too. Great song for one's work computer. :)

Justin W Price from Juneau, Alaska on November 16, 2011:

Tammy, it's hard to argue with these choices. "Walk" is probably my number one choice. Are you talkin to me? ARE YOU TALKIN TO ME? go on home, boy

Tammy (author) from North Carolina on November 12, 2011:

Mikie,

It is not the best playlist for the car.. it will cause speeding and road rage to. It is better for the gym. :) Thanks for reading it!

mikielikie from Texas on November 12, 2011:

Hi Tammy. It's kinda strange that I listen just about all of those songs every day after work. lol. You have a lot of good ones on there. There are some songs that just make me wanna fight even when I'm in a great mood. (I've never even been in a fight though). Getting hurt sucks! Great hub.

Tammy (author) from North Carolina on November 11, 2011:

I don't listen to much country, but I love Keith Urban's voice.

Love The Way You Lie is fan-friggin-tastic! Any song by Keith Urban does it for me also!

Tammy (author) from North Carolina on November 11, 2011:

Tammy (author) from North Carolina on November 11, 2011:

It's a Great Day to Whoop Somebody's Ass. Forget the artist, but it always puts a smile on my face.

Bad to the Bone by George Thorogood gets my motor going as well.

Almost anything AC/DC!

Good Hub! Gets me thinking.....
