Mind Power is Real

I've written this article for all those who honestly want to understand and use their minds better to improve their lives. In my four decades as a psychotherapist and mind explorer, I've learned many wonderful things about our marvelous mind. Five of those years, and twenty-five hundred hours, were spent helping Nancy heal herself of terminal cancer by discovering within her mind an amazing, hidden mind power that showed us how to cure her illness and heal my life as well. In this article you will find a way to physically prove to yourself that your mind has power far beyond what you may have thought possible.

WARNING: Do not try this if you are not ready for a mind-blowing experience that will change your life forever.

If you've ever felt powerless or frustrated, if you ever felt trapped in life's circumstances, here is real proof of the mind power you have to change your life. Once you have proven to yourself that you are actually using your mind to do this, there is nothing that can stand in your way of creating the life you want. Belief is unnecessary here, because, with an open mind, it will work without it.

This demonstration is, in my opinion, one of the single-most power ways to help people get their minds back and use them effectively. In one of the top internationally-recognized substance abuse program, where addicts spend lots of money to get well, I was known as “the cloud man,” because I taught this demonstration to people who had relapsed so many times they had little confidence they could beat their addiction. Once they grasped the real power of their own mind to alter material reality, they knew that they had the power to change their lives. After one of my talks, a resident said to me, “Look, I pay fifteen hundred dollars a day to be here, and I don't want to listen to your @#$! about making clouds disappear." The next day he apologized, saying that he had made seven clouds in row disappear while sitting in the hot tub. “The first four didn't affect me at all,” he said, “but after the fifth, sixth, and seventh, I absolutely knew that I was really doing it!” Be patient with yourself, and you, too, will know.

Making a cloud disappear is a simple exercise in using mind power in the form of thought energy. A three-year-old has done it, probably because he didn't think about it, he just did it.. It is a demonstration of the power of that energy to affect material reality. There are as many ways to do it as your creativity will show you. Here is one way that has worked well for me, and that I’ve taught to hundreds of others over the last thirty years.

1. Set the circumstances that will allow for the most chance of success, especially when you’re still new at this. What I’ve found works best is to pick a dry day, that has low humidity, with little or no wind but with puffy, white cumulus clouds dotting the sky. The reason these circumstances are important is that they help to preclude other conditions, like wind and wispy clouds from making the results questionable. Cumulus clouds are dense and clean cut and so are easier to see changing and disappearing.

2.Pick a small one, preferably surrounded by bigger ones so that you can see the "hole" that is left when the cloud is gone, and focus your attention on it. See, visualize, the blue sky taking over the space that the cloud is occupying. When I do it, a dark blue edge appears all around the cloud as it begins to disintegrate and I can see through it. Continue focusing and visualizing until it is gone, or gone enough that you are satisfied that it is disappearing. Takes about a minute or less. Depending on how skeptical you are, you may have to do it several times to convince yourself that it is actually responding to your intention.

I received an email from a young woman who said that she took her three-year old on a walk and taught him. But, she said, “We picked a big cloud, not one of those puny little ones that you suggest. I just told him to remember that the Force was with him, and it disappeared very quickly.”

Hi there...this evening, as I was walking my dog, I was looking at the moon in the sky. There were a bunch of clouds and I could see the moon through them. I began to make up a song about them and sang for a minute before I looked again and was surprised to see not a trace of cloud in the sky! Do you think this is at again l related?

Really weird. Went out this morning, sun was shinning. Watched video (Video Training: How to visually alter reality with your consciousness) about making clouds disappear using your mind. Thought I would rather like rain instead of disappearing a cloud. Saw white cloud through binds. Went out a few hours later and there are rain clouds that usually blow away and rain elsewhere. Visualized rain from the grey clouds--very unlikely. Now it is raining. I did not want much, just a little rain. That's what I'm getting.

Oh man, I am SO glad I found this and realized that I'm not actually crazy. I've always felt that I was able to do things with my mind, and I've tried ever since I was a little girl.

So a couple months ago I would sit as a passenger in cars and make clouds disappear. I wouldn't tell many people, because I figured most would just write me off. My fiancé was driving one day and there was only one cloud in a clear blue sky, so I said "Look. You see that cloud over there?" and he said yes. In a matter of seconds I made it disappear and told him to look again. He was shocked.

The mind is a powerful force and we should all learn to use its potential. Thank you so much for the article!

Yes, being attentive means clearing the mind of unnecessary thoughts, especially judgments that get in our way of "seeing" clearly. The technique presented in my article Eliminating Damaging Stress makes this possible ALL the time; so that we can be clear, quiet, and creative, making use of the tremendous power that is our marvelous mind.

Yes, focusing the mind by quieting down the mind chatter is the key to access its power. There is much, much more. Making a cloud disappear is a clue to what we can do.

Very intriguin article; the power of the mind is incredible and I for one shall have a go at this - whether it works or not doesn't really matter - it's the technique of focusing the mind that seems important! Thanks for sharing
