The body is a big chemistry lab. By and large, your health is controlled by what you ingest.
Although, I maintain it depends on your body. I still believe that you can have a family eating the same foods, at the same time, in the same way, and their health issues will all be different.
I'm a little skeptical. Even a little nervous. My memory of making a paper mache volcano with vinegar, baking soda and food coloring in grade school makes me question how truly bright this venture is.
What's the worst case scenario? Projectile vomiting? Explosive diarrhea? Kind of like mixing mints and coca cola... Although, I can vouch for coke, raisins and graham crackers getting the best of me. The gas that combination produced was enough to make grown men cry and women complain about burning eyebrows.
I'm not a doctor. I'm only a patient. My grease levels in my body are a little higher than they should be. Namely, my cholesterol and my triglycerides.
When they climb, my nose pores are noticably filled with fat. My goal is to reduce.
My target date for the result of my efforts is the end of July. At that point, my doctor insists I need pharmaceutical help. I would prefer no pills.
