The United States of America is a Christian Nation. The U.S.A. was founded on Judeo-Christian philosophies. Have you ever heard these statements? Do you believe them to be true? Would it shock you to find out that in fact, these statements are false?
The American Revolution of Independence from the shackles of British control was not a popular movement. The majority of people that were living in the British colonies were content with the situation they were in. It was the wealthy, the owners of industry, and the retail store owners that found themselves unhappy with the British tax system. It was this demographic that were obligated to pay the bulk of the British tax burden. Most of the other residents of the colonies either worked for themselves or for another person.
The Boston Tea Party resulted from a discontent concerning the British taxes on the importation of tea. What is not generally reported, the colonists did not drink very much tea. It was the wealthy individuals that maintained their desire for this drink. The main problem with the tax on tea was the fact that the revenue earned from these taxes was used to pay for the hedonistic spending of the British monarch!
Many citizens of the United States hold the belief that once the Declaration of Independence was authored, there was a rush of people queued up to endorse it. This is not true! It was over five years before the signatures were gathered.
This occurred after the Revolutionary war was over! One of the problems with accumulating the signatures was getting the signers to their designation. Travel at that time was in no way similar to travel in modern times. Another issue with getting the endorsements was that not all the individuals were sure that breaking away from the control of England was the correct move to make at that time.
England at that time was in possession of the largest military in the world, this combined with the awesome naval power made it seem foolhardy to make enemies of this Nation. The protection that England provided for the colonies was priceless! Who cared if they raised revenue in the form of taxation. After-all, the British military needed wealth to maintain such a force.
Secret Mysteries of America's Beginnings Part 1
Freemasons and the founding of a Nation!
Were the Freemasons responsible for the creation of the United States of America?
Was the founding fathers all members of Freemasonry?
Yes, the creation of the United States was accomplished mainly due to the involvement of Freemasons. The majority of the individuals historically noted for taking part in the creation of the United States were in fact, Freemasons. The main religion followed by these Freemasons was the Unitarian sect of Christianity, others were Catholic, or members of the Church of England. At least this is what the Freemasons would like the public to believe!
The roster of Freemason members in the colonies during the time of the American Revolution is full of major historical figures. Even the individuals that came to the aid of the American rebels were Freemasons, the Marquis de Lafayette and Kazimierz Pułaski were both members of the Freemasons (two examples). Facts will reveal that most of the Officers serving on behalf of England were also members of the Freemason society.
Freemasons at the time of the American Revolution were Deists!
Deism: is a religious philosophy which holds that reasonand observation of the natural world, without the need for organized religion, can determine that the universe is the product of an intelligent creator(s). According to deists, the creator rarely, if ever, either intervenes in human affairs or suspends the natural laws of the universe.
Christians will usually consider themselves Theists.
Theism: in this specific sense, conceives of God as personal, present and active in the governance and organization of the world and the universe.
Theism is very similar to the beliefs of Paganism, as both believe that their higher power (God) is very active in worldly affairs.
This difference in beliefs led the founding fathers of the United States to think that any altercations in their life was their responsibility, they controlled their own fate. It was not Gods decision that the colonists would seek to break free from the reins of British control. God did not designate that the United States of America should come in to existence. Manifest Destiny was also not part of gods creation! God had nothing to do with the United States becoming the mightiest power on earth, as believed by Deists.
Secret Mysteries of America's Beginnings Part 2
Freemasons, the Occult, and the Founding of a Nation!
As history unfolds many facts are brought in to the light of knowledge. One of these facts is that Freemasons believe in many Occult traditions. Truth be told, Freemasons are Ceremonial Magicians!
George Washington, dressed in Masonic garb carried out an Occult ceremony while the cornerstone of the Capital building was placed in position. He even placed a box including Masonic trinkets within the cornerstone itself.
Even the signing of the Declaration of Independence had astrological implications. The date and time was designated by the Founders of the United States due to its Occult significance. July 4th, 1776, at noon, has many meanings to those involved with Ceremonial Magic. It was at 12:00 (noon), that John Hancock endorsed the document
The men responsible for creating the United States of America sought to take every consideration in to account for a successful endeavor.
Do you think that Christians would regard Occult significance as important when embarking on a new path?
No, they would not! Only those involved in the Occult would take such minor details in to account!
The Freemason Bible Exposed!
Some thoughts on Freemasons and the Bible.
There was a large level of disdain from the founding fathers of the U.S.A., when it came to individuals that would use the Bible and religion for their own greedy purposes. It is well documented that there was contempt for Ministers, Preachers, etc, that would use the Christian faith to manipulate society for their own benefit. Modern day Evangelists, that are nothing more then hustlers trying to make a buck out of an unsuspecting and naïve population, created anger in the individuals that created the Nation.
One would only have to peer at the writings of Thomas Paine or Thomas Jefferson to see how this anger is portrayed by these individuals themselves! Today's Evangelists often overlook the beliefs and comments made by men like Thomas Jefferson concerning people like them. Thomas Jefferson, was so outraged by the actions of these "preachers", that he authored his own interpretation of the Bible!
The original Bible used to inaugurate various United States presidents, including George Washington, was a Masonic version of the Bible! This Bible is available for viewing by the public in the Smithsonian museum in Washington D.C.!
Freemasons and Christianity!
Around the time of the creation of the United States (1776), the Freemasons were the most dominant power on the planet. Almost every Pope, Cardinal, Bishop, as well as the majority of noblemen, royalty, and military leaders, were Freemasons! Joseph Smith, founder of Mormonism, Daniel Boone, David Crockett, Sam Houston, and the majority of U.S. presidents were also all members of the Freemason society.
The Roman Catholic Church, during the Nineteenth century, denounced the Freemasons and other secret societies. The Church claimed that these societies were worshiping at the alter of Satan! Once the Church condemned these secret societies, other religious sects followed suit. This happened even though these other branches of Christianity claimed the same of the Roman Catholic Church, that they were secretly worshipers of the devil. The reason they agreed with the Catholic Churches opinion of these societies was to fulfill their agenda of controlling the people!
This all leads to the conclusion that the United States of America was not founded on Christian philosophy. The founding fathers did not use Christian doctrines to form the nation!
- Freedom of religion is not found within Christian doctrines!
- The Right to vote is not a Christian belief!
- Having a free public education system is not a Christian philosophy!
- Christianity does not include Freedom of the Press!
- Freedom of Speech is not mentioned in Christian ideologies!
- Freedom of Assembly does not emanate from Christian sources!
Slavery, was allowed under the Christian faith:
Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect and fear, and with sincerity of heart, just as you would obey Christ. Obey them not only to win their favor when their eye is on you, but as slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from your heart. Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people, because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do, whether they are slave or free.
And masters, treat your slaves in the same way. Do not threaten them, since you know that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no favoritism with him.
The Rights of the individual did not emanate from Christianity, it emanated from the beliefs of Freemasonry!
What is the Truth?
One persons truth will be another persons fallacy. It all depends on the facts that are given to the individual. There are not many people that will do their own due diligence concerning researching things for themselves. These people will believe whatever facts are presented to them without taking the time to accumulate enough evidence to form their own opinion.
Some people, when presented with absolute facts will still refuse to accept these facts as truth! There are people who will remain in a state of ignorance simply because they do not have the ability to research for themselves or they do not have the capabilities of understanding the concepts presented. These people are ignorant due to situations that are not in their control. Others are ignorant because they choose to be ignorant! This is the case with people that hold strict religious beliefs. Anything that would destroy the beliefs that they hold so dear are dismissed without a second thought!
What is your situation?
The Truth is out there for every individual to find for themselves. Only you can decide if you will believe what you see, hear, and read.

Let's get to the bottom line: Is Christianity real or not?!?
FactFinder from India on September 06, 2012:
Thanks for the third option that you have opinionated. Who are the other groups that indulge in such practice other than freemasons? Unknown and unseen forces are there in nature and human civilization had always documented such forces with trauma and respect. It sounds interesting enough!
Reality Bytes (author) from Freeman On The Land United States of America. on September 04, 2012:
Indulging in occult practices is an attempt to influence the material world through unknown and unseen forces. Many Freemasons would never admit to participating in occult ceremonies simply because they are ignorant as to exactly what they are taking part in!
FactFinder from India on September 02, 2012:
HI, your post is informative and interesting! One question always comes to my mind, why did freemasons indulge in occult practice? Your opinion will be highly appreciated.
Is it the symbolism which is important in occult practices or the veil of secrecy is needed to survive?
Wayne Tilden from Roseville, California on May 18, 2012:
I DO know that most, if not all, of the so-called "Founding Fathers" were both Masons and Unitarians. There is also, through Freemasons, a tie-in with the Literati - the La Cosa Nostra - the Mafia... but I don't really want to go into that.
We've had enough connections to that recently - Chicago mayor Daley as well as Joseph Kennedy, Sr.
Yeah! It IS a problem - if you let it be.
But I don't think it's a cult!

Georgie Lowery, thank you for taking the time to read and comment. I also enjoy intelligent discussions. I prefer them to be civil as well. :)

Your hub is interesting and food for thought. Thank you for sharing it. You are right in that people will believe their own truths. I'd much rather debate things like this with people who have informed beliefs than those who don't.
