March 7, 1971 at the historic Racecourse Maidan (now Suhrawardy Udyan) 'This time the struggle is for our liberation. In this year's struggle, the struggle for independence, Bangabandhu called for a fight in the hope of achieving a non-communal Bangladesh, the country's brave boys jumped into the war of liberation. After a long and bloody struggle of nine months, the freedom fighters liberated the motherland at the cost of 3 million lives. The most glorious chapter in the self-made history of Bengalis is the liberation war of '71, this victory.

Bangabandhu was the first to awaken the Bengali nation, which had been chained for thousands of years, to the mantra of independence by listening to the song. Agnijhara sang the indestructible song of liberation in March 1971 on the eve of the uninterrupted movement and struggle of two long eras. During the non-cooperation movement, when the Pakistan Army launched a surprise attack on unarmed Bengalis at midnight on March 25, 1971, in the early hours of March 26, Bangabandhu declared the independence of Bangladesh and called on the people to resist the aggressors. Bangladesh woke up with strong resistance to the declaration of independence. People's war started. During the nine months of the War of Liberation, the occupying Pakistan army continued to violate human rights through indiscriminate genocide, torture of women, looting and arson. The children of some of the culprits of this country helped them in this indiscriminate killing. They formed Razakars, Al-Badr, Al-Shams and oppressed the unarmed Bengalis.Other radical political parties, including Jamaat-e-Islami, engaged in propaganda against the liberation war of Bangladesh at home and abroad.
