Visual graphics such as images are the best way to explain your ideas and demonstrate your views regarding a topic. As you all know, there are plenty of images available online that relate to your work, but is it fine to use any of them by just downloading and uploading a customized one along with your content? Surely, this is not the legal way.
Similar to patent laws, there are copyright laws under which it is illegal to use someone’s original work with your content without the authorization of the original user. These laws are strict and need to be followed by everyone, who wants to use the part of already existing work. While it is a good practice to give attribution to the original user when using their content, most of the owners may ask for a hefty amount of money to allow you to use their work, which is not feasible. Not to worry, there are many websites that allow us to use images for both personal and business purposes. The images are free under the Creative Commons License (CC0).
CC0 license is a copyright license that provides the right to the public to use images and videos by artists who have allowed their work to be used freely. These images are useful for business purposes as they are of high quality and do not need money to buy them.
