There are many people you will find around you who will speak like - wish I have done this work at that time. Wish I could have taken that career after completing my tenth. Wish I took that opportunity, wish I purchased that piece of land, etc.

Yes, this is true for many people. In fact, my biggest regret in life is not purchasing a home when I got the opportunity. But now I realized the past is past and cannot be changed.

In this article, we are going to see some important life’s lesson which people realize too late in life. And I hope this article will be an eye-opener for all of us. So, let’s begin.

Hard work and consistency pays off

Consistency And Hard Work Can Beat Anything Else In Life

There is a misconception among the masses and it is created by us and media that if you are beautiful, smart, tall, good looking then only you can be successful.

Yes, I agree in some fields these attributes are extremely important but then there are a hundred other careers and work. Once your beauty will be gone, people will replace you. If you want to become successful in your career then you need to be consistent and work hard day and night.

There is a famous quote that says - hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard. It is absolutely true. With your smartness, you can become successful once but if someone is working hard consistently then it is impossible to beat such people. And my ideal Elon Musk is the best example.

Stop Worrying About Negative Opinion

You will always find some people around you who are more negative in life. They will always criticize people, media, parents, life, friends, and work.

There are simple solutions for such people. If you want to change your life focus on your growth day and night. You have absolute power in your hands to change your destiny.

I personally believe if someone can become rich and wealthy from the middle class then you can also become the same. It is all about mindset, hard work, networking, goal setting, and dedication.

Remember if you will focus on shit, shit will grow. If you focus on growth, growth will happen. Choose life, choose strength, and focus on the good. Problems are there in our lives to teach us lessons. Let them be the stepping stones and not the stumbling blocks.

Stop wasting time

Stop Wasting Time

During my teenage days, I used to think I have a lot of time. But today, I realized that time just flies away. And it is so true in the life of many people.

Today, when I see young people and others playing video games and watching movies, smoking, drinking, and roaming without any objectives in life I feel sorry for them. When people will reach my age then the same people will say - oh I wish I did this during that time.

When people are wasting their time then they are actually doing a crime against themselves. They will literary going to feel sorry later. Spend those times and learn to build a side business, spend good time with family and friends. Read a lot and learn new skills. These things matter the most in life.

In today’s time due to advanced technology young people can do wonders. They just need the right direction, a good mentor, and ready to work hard. I know a young fellow who is only 20 years old from the USA and he is running 9 successful YouTube channels and making $30,000/ per month.

Learn To Choose Your Career Based On Your Opinion

If you are from India then parents still want their children to become Civil Servants, Engineers, Doctors, Teachers, Lawyers, Defence personals, etc. If not that then at least in some bank or in some govt. department job.

I am not saying they are wrong, they are thinking as per their upbringing and environment. If you are from South India, parents prefer engineers, if you are from Gujarat they prefer their own business, the stock market, or CA, in Bihar and UP it is all about how to get a govt. jobs.

But as an individual, you have to realize that you have to learn to choose things and career as per your wish. As per a global poll conducted by Gallup, it has been found that only 15% of people are happy with their jobs, and the rest 85% of people are unhappy with their work. Learn to choose a career that makes you happy and not miserable.

Money is extremely important in life but if you can do some amazing jobs and earn well then that can give you some awesome feeling. So, search and do such work.

Learn To Build Multiple Sources Of Income

This point may look something new for some people. But this is the one secret of rich and wealthy people. Yes, if you want to remain financially free in life then learn to build multiple sources of income. I was not aware of this concept till I crossed 30 years.

There are various ways which you can use to build such streams of income. Some of the easy and old ways are - active income, insurance policies, fixed deposits, investment in gold, investment in land, and having rental properties. But they need huge investments.

Now, learn the new ways of building multiple sources of income and some of them are - active income, digital investment in stock, stock trading, investment time and effort in building digital properties like blogging, eCommerce, YouTube, Podcast, forum writing, online courses, Instagram Business Profile, etc. Learn more things about them online and start today only.

As per my life’s experience, these are the five major things which people literary learn too late in life. If you are reading this article, then I request you to use this as your blueprint and start working on it as soon as possible.
