Free Company is newer, but they've been really active since summer of 2021 with early stage funding to companies like Audius, Dune Analytics, and Notional. Plus, I really liked the origin of their name. On their site you'll find the following story:

Astro is another great site with Dao launching capabilities worth mentioning. They are a Dao creation tool for the Near Blockchain. They even have the Createbase Community Grant for start ups on their site too.

Myco is the one I'd try if you are wanting something simpler or more personal. You can build your mutually owned community of individuals working on shared goals. It is an all-in-one platform and relatively user friendly.
