How to be happy in our daily life?
Being happy everyday in good health is one of the best wishes that we wanted to achieve in our life. You'll never be happy if your health is in trouble. If your health has an issue, do you think you will enjoy your life? In relation with this, in the Biblical characters, they live mostly around at least 300 years to 800 years or even more. But today, you will be consider as lucky if you will be reaching a century old. According to Jack Ma (a Chinese business magnate, investor, politician and philanthropist) once said that "Life is so short, so beautiful. Don't be so serious about work. Enjoy life."
If we are going to interpret that literally, technically, not all of us, can reach as old as like in the Biblical characters. Some of us, when already reach 40 years old, just like me, I am 42 years old, started to experience some health related concerns like back pain, stomach pain, nerve pain, and different kinds of pain. But, compare to some people from the previous centuries, they can only experience those pains when they reach around 70 or 80 years old. And far centuries ago, they've already reach 100 years old, that was the only time, they experiences nerve pains. They can even ride horses at that age.
But today, some of us, already dying at the early age of 20 or 30 years old because of some complications with their internal organs. And no idea, why they have that. Too much food, addictions or just nothing but dying.
In view of this, since life is so short, we cannot see that much the beauty of the earth. Why? Come to think of it, if we have enough money and good health, at least once a year, we could go to one place to another for a vacation. So, it means, we already dying at the early age, those vacations are very limited.
Don't be so serious about work
To continue what Jack Ma said ""Life is so short, so beautiful. Don't be so serious about work. Enjoy life."
In order to see those beauty of the earth, we need some work to finance all of those vacations. A dream vacation going to Boracay, Philippines. Disneyland in Hong Kong, the Universal Studios in Singapore, walking from end to end of Great Wall of China as well as experiencing to take a picture within the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt.
However, if we are too much serious with our work, there will be chances that we cannot proceed those vacations. The finances we are going to save will remain a saving and nothing to need to spend because we are that busy.
Okay, come to think of it. Every full-time job has 5 days work load or an equivalent of 40 hours a week. Not including the overtime if there is. Most of the time, our routine work can be done at 8 hours per day only excluding an hour of lunchtime but because of too much pressure in the work, some of us will render an additional of 1-4 hours overtime. That is already an average equivalent of 10-13 hours excluding the time of your arrival not expected to be there between 30 minutes to one hour (take note, that is not part to be paid). So, worse come to worse, you will be in the workplace between 9-13 hours everyday that is excluding the amount of time that you will render with your transportation from your house to office, about 30 minutes to 3 hours (if you are from the Philippines: that traffic is one of the most common problems) and vice versa another 30 minutes to 3 hours again. That will be around 10-19 hours away from home.
When, you are at home, if you have your own family, you have to consume doing some household chores around 2-6 hours. So, that will be mean of an equivalent of around 13-24 hours already. So, the question is, do you still sleep?
So, in that case, being too much serious in your work, with less amount of sleep or maybe no sleep at all. How can you see the beauty of the earth, how can you enjoy life by means of having a good vacation if you are too serious with your work. I am not saying that you don't have to be serious with your work. You need to work, but the question is how to balance your life? How to do such thing, that you are working for the goodness of your health, for the sake of your family, if you are already in panting. You don't have enough energy to attend your routine work because of too much panting. Unpredictable panting can slowly kill you if you cannot manage that.
Think of it, is your current job wasting your life for a promise a good financial stability but you are already destroying your life in the future. Yes, you need money to finance everything for your future, however, are you looking for a better future or the stability of your health now?
Or you are looking for a job that can give you of being comfortable while doing such routine work and go home in a piece of mind and do easily your household chores, then, sleep in good side for about a range of 6 to 8 hours daily.
Happiness is the answer to enjoy life. No treasure in the world can get if you are not happy in your daily life.

Maybe you are right. However in my country, we have lots of jobs available but the sad thing is the availability is not within our reach. We have to travel longer hours.

I understand that in some areas, there is not much work available and people do not have much choice about what work they do. I am now retired and am happy to say my health is good. I have started going to a circuit training class recently and am enjoying it very much, even though I am the oldest in the class by many years. Exercise can help alleviate pain, provided you are careful and do not injure a damaged part of the body.
