People often ask me how I make 100 per cent of my income on the Internet, I often tell them that it's easier than they think to make money online. They often laugh, frown or shrug their shoulders when I try to convince them that it is still possible to make a full-time income online without having to answer to a nagging boss.
They still don't believe me, and most of the time they say that it is too late to start making money on the Internet, they are wrong. Making money online is a relatively old concept now but in a sense, there is still so much to do, we are only just getting started with it.
Let's take a look at some of the ways that people make money online and see how feasible it is to start earning cash on the internet as a total beginner.
Honestly, one of the easiest and cheapest ways to make money on the Internet is freelancing. You don't need any money to get started and you can start earning within the first couple of weeks, even in the first couple of days if you really put your mind to it. I started freelancing years ago, mainly content writing and a bit of SEO here and there, I made $200 in my first week as a freelance writer and I have never looked back. There is money to be made. Here are some ideas for making a full-time income as a freelancer:
-Social media manager
-Customer service assistant
The list is endless, just pick something according to your skillset, or learn something new and go with that. Writing is probably one of the easiest ways of making money as a freelancer, that and voice-over work, as well as data entry.
There are several ways to make money as a freelance writer, you don't need to be a journalist or a professional wordsmith. Some clients just need basic content. A friend of mine makes $10,000 per month as a freelance rewriter, yes! A rewriter, all she does is rewrite the articles that they send to her. It is the easiest job in the world, with no research, no hassle or no stress. She is laughing all the way to the bank and it really is that easy!
Affiliate Marketing and Selling Stuff Online
Affiliate marketing is where you promote other people's products and make a commission from them. I do this by creating articles on my blogs and inserting affiliate links into the content. For this to work effectively, your content needs to rank on the search engines and you must create content about topics that people are searching for. I will write a more detailed article about how I make money from affiliate marketing another time.
If you really want to make large sums of money online, affiliate marketing is an excellent way to do it. The earning potential is unlimited.
Selling Stuff Online
Selling stuff online takes work and effort but it is still possible to make a full-time income doing this. There are several ways to make a living selling stuff online here are just a few of them:
Sell secondhand goods
There is a skill to selling second-hand goods for profit but it is possible to make thousands per month doing this. Find the best thrift stores in your area and spend time sifting through the items to find the most profitable items. Check on eBay and other websites to find out how much people pay for these items. Vintage clothing sells well on eBay, sports memorabilia and rare clothing items. Also, board games and rare video games are quite profitable.
Sell sale items
This is called retail arbitrage, where you identify sales at big stores like Target, you purchase the items when they are on sale and sell them for profit on eBay or on your own website.
Sell your own products
Selling your own items is really profitable if you know how but it takes time to build a brand and build a trusted customer base.
Dropshipping is where you identify products that you think might be profitable. You don't purchase the item until your customer buys it. Once they have purchased the item, the supplier ships it to the customer. There are lots of cons to selling this way but it still highly lucrative, but the learning curve is somewhat steep when it comes to dropshipping, it is all about trial and error.
Print on demand
Print on Demand is similar to dropshipping however, you don't have to identify products, you can just come up with your own designs for t-shirts and hoodies and other items and the print on demand company prints and ships as your customers buy. I use Teespring and Redbubble for this.
eBooks and other digital products
Selling eBooks and digital products is a really low-cost way to make some serious money online. I recently got into producing low content digital products such as notebooks and I am making an extra $500 per month from this. It does take time to build an audience but once you do, the money is passive and continous.
In conclusion, making money online is certainly not dead. In fact, most people are just getting started when it comes to making a living on the Internet. I also have a couple of side hustles that generate an extra $3000 per month. I recently started a new side hustle and that is making me an extra $1000 per month. Making money on the Internet is truly unlimited, the only way you can actually start making money online is to start. Pick one method and work on it for a solid six months, you should start seeing some results after the first couple of months if you work on it consistently.

Rewriting articles sounds nice.
Other stuff just too much work.
