Team work is a practice which is followed in every section of society. Whether you are a business man or a service provider it is essential to develop a team spirit with your supplier and employee or bosses. I myself work in a bank with a team of 6 people excluding me. There were several tasks assigned to us on daily basis whereas it is very easy to complete the task in given time frame because of the team support and their commitment towards their job. If their will be no support then it is never easy to completer the given task in pre determined time.
