A Valentine's Day Scarf for the Knifty Knitter Loom

Knit a Valentine Scarf on a Loom

This is the figure 8 wrap scarf knitted using two strands of yarn as if they are one. It makes a heavier scarf for cold February temperatures. It's a perfect Valentine for your favorite young ladies.

You will need:

A Knifty Knitter 9.5 inch Long Loom (Pink)

2 skeins of Red Heart Super Saver Yarn in Rose Pink

A Knifty Knitter Hook

White Felt or Scraps of White Craft Material

Craft Glue

Follow the instructions for the figure 8 scarf here:

"How to Make a Figure 8 Scarf on the Knifty Knitter Loom."

When finished use the white felt to cut hearts. I used some scrap fabric that I had left over from another project. Use craft glue to attach the hearts to each end of the scarf in a pattern that you find desirable. You may wish to overlap the hearts or make them from red felt instead.
