Tattoo Pens - Aka Magical Water Painting Pen
So. I received my package. It wasn't what I was expecting.
The package was very small. Flat.
The video showed markers, a bowl of water and a spoon. I did not receive anything besides markers. I'm afraid to try them. I really should return them, since I did not receive what I thought I was going to receive.
First of all, I did not get a spoon, or a bowl of water. I know. Waaaa, waaa.
I'm going to have to improvise. I guess, I try them out, and if I'm unsuccessful, I chalk this up to life.
Of course, I need to rewatch the video to know what to do. The instructions did not come with the markers. Apparently, once you watch the video and order the pens, you are on your own. You have already been instructed.
Sigh.
This is the Promise They Made
I already had dry erase boards and oodles of dry erase markers on hand.
Well. I'm going to use the markers that I have that are already open.
I'm not going to use the markers they sent. I will wait, and if it works, I will keep the set I have from the place I ordered them from either way.
My argument? I watched a video. It clearly showed a bowl of water and a spoon. The advertisement promised a spoon, markers and a box to keep them in.
The markers came in a plastic sleeve. No spoon.
So. There you have it. The first part of my review.
I received a chili bowl set from my electric company as a gift, so I have bowls and ceramic spoons to try this out on.
I used my own dry erase pens. I thought, why open the package. I'll give it to my oldest granddaughter for a gift, with another bowl and spoon if the plan works.
Ok. Drawing seems dry.
Lower spoon into water. Oops. Not deep enough. Turn spoon over. Not enough water.
Add water.
Ooops. Design falling apart. Must take a little practice. If I would have started with deeper water...
Ok. Pieces of my design floating on the water. I touched it with my finger tip.
Ok. It adhered onto my finger.
I touched my left finger with my right finger to see if it was sticky. It was and so now part is on both fingers.
