This is a lovely craft to create a decoration that is full of memories. To make the salt dough you will need to mix 1 cup of salt, 1 cup of flour, and 1/2 cup of water in a bowl. The consistency should be similar to playdough. Roll it out and make the shape you want. So you can cut out an oval shape for the egg for example. Press your child's hand or foot into the dough. Repeat this process till you have done all 3. To allow it to hang it on the wall, you need to put holes in. You can use a skewer for this. Bake each piece in an oven at 200 degrees for 3 - 4 hours depending on the thickness. Once baked you can allow to cool completely and then use acrylic paint to decorate. Finish with varnish for protection.
