Crochet Tulip Hanging Basket

Foundation Ring: Ch 3, sl st to form ring.

Round 1: Ch 1,(sc, ch 3) 4x, sl st to 1st sc, sl st into 1st ch sp.

Round 2: Ch 1, (5 dc, ch 5) 4x, sl st to 1st dc, sl st 2nd dc.

Round 3: Ch 1, (sc in middle dc, ch 1, 9 dc in ch sp, ch 1) 4x, sl st to 1st sc, sl st in ch sp, sl st in dc.
