Counting Sheep? That Is What "Normal" People do!

Counting sheep is what normal people do when they can't sleep! Horse people, I don't consider normal. I don't mean this in a bad way. I certainly fit into this category, and I'm not a sheep counter. I would rather put myself to sleep counting horses, or anything about horses. Which is why I say, that when I can't sleep, I count horses not sheep!

If you are not a sheep counter either! Here are 100 horse topics you can count! Hopefully, you can count yourself to sleep!

Sounds like a great saddle, a great horse and some great conversation. Thanks again for a great article!

Rick Benningfield from North Texas on February 24, 2019:

I ride a high back saddle that was made by Kerry Jack Shannon it is called "The Cheyenne" and is a very comfortable saddle to ride, so comfortable that I fell asleep the other day while riding MAJOR. Major is a good riding horse and is well trained in Reining, Roping, Trail, and western pleasure. We were just loafing around and while doing that I fell asleep while we were maneuvering around. He kept me in the saddle and we had a good experience while working out! Luckily we were in the 100ft round pen. When I awoke there was a person here and we got into a conversation about the Cowboy Way, and the way things have changed over the years.
