He, my black Labrador Retriever, Buddy, needed some shots. He had a 2:40 p.m. appointment.
You park. Call a phone number and check in. Then you bring him in.
They are all super nice there.
There were a few other dogs there. He whimpered and whined to meet and greet, but I made him keep his distance.
Waiting his Turn with Veterinarian
They weighed him. He is almost sixty pounds.
Then, invited the dog into a room with a counter top. He didn't respond to jumping up there himself. So, two of them lifted him up. Checked him for dog issues.
Of course, he is pretty healthy. By this time, he was puppy kissing all of them.
She asked if I had any questions or concerns. I asked if his dew claws were ok, seeings how he had hurt himself at one time, but they were good.
He got his two shots. They asked if he wanted a puppy treat. He wasn't interested.
I paid my bill, and exited left.
We drove home and that was that.
