1: Australian Cattle Dog
Australian Cattle Dog is a medium sized healthy, intelligent and an active dog from herding category, Native from Australia. The dog was used for sheep and flock herding and for livestock guardian in Australia. Australian Cattle Dog is an alert, active and hardy dog that make a great working and watch dog. It has an appearance like, blue or red Heelers dogs.
The Australian Cattle Dog is also recognized with a nickname "Red Heeler" or "Blue Heeler".
Australian Cattle Dog requires less grooming and vet care. Also, they are one among the most intelligent dogs, top ranked for obedience and agility.
2. Pariah Dog
As their name suggests, they are a free-ranging dog that occupies the "pariah niche", commonly found in India and Asian countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and Varma. They are among the most ancient dog breed, which have history over 10,000 years. Though their exact origin is not known, but its commonly believed that they are the first domesticated dogs from India, like Egyptian and Israeli native dogs.
Pariah Dogs are very intelligent and self-dependent dogs. They are naturally healthy and moderate eaters. With a recent DNA test, it was confirmed that they are the accentors of Australian Dingos and Cannon Dogs.
They are a naturally healthy, medium sized, wild and old breed of dogs from Australia. Mainly found in Queensland. Dingos are originated from Asian domesticated dogs (Pariah dogs), which were brought to Australia from Asian seafarers around 4,000 years ago.They are very sturdy, intelligent and aggressive dogs. Usually they lives in a group 4-8 dogs.
The Basenji is a Healthy, Energetic, Intelligent, Affectionate and very alert dog from hunting category. That was Originated in Tango (Central Africa), to help tribes and nomads in hunting and to flush small game in a hunter's net, and to control village rodent populations.
Basenji is very loyal, affectionate and active and intelligent dog that need less grooming and rare vet care.
5: The Canaan Dog
Canaan dog is a medium sized, strong, healthy and ancient dog breed in Pariah dog. At last available number of count they were only 2-3,000 dogs, across the world mostly in Europe and North America.
Canaan dog has a square built dog, with a wedge-shaped head, erected and low set ears and broad, rounded tips that make them a well balanced and active dog. They have great survival instincts and fit for any condition and climate.

The Louisiana Catahoula Leopard Dog is an American dog breed named after Catahoula Parish. This breed originated around 500 years before, from the Nordic Wolfhound dog. After becoming the state dog of Louisiana in 1979, its name was officially changed to Louisiana Catahoula Leopard Dog.
Catahoula Leopard Dogs are very territorial, aggressive, aloof and sturdy dogs. Though they make a good watch dog and very protective of its owner, but they are very reserved to strangers and highly aggressive towards other pets.
7: Pharaoh Hound
This is a very healthy and hardy breed, which is reasonably independent and a most pleasant companion dog. It’s a tall, slender, athletic sight hound dog that has slightly longer length of the body than it is tall.
The Pharaoh Hound is the national hound of the Mediterranean nation of Malta which was originated and used for hunting rabbit in the Maltese Islands.
The harrier is a great athlete, playful, lively, sturdy and healthy dog that is excellent with family and children. It has a medium size, somehow bigger than beagle and shorter than English Foxhound.
The harrier belongs to hunting category of dog, it was bred to hunt hares and is very active and energetic dog. Harriers are not recommended for apartment life, they need daily long jogs or exercise like hikes or hunts.
9: Redbone Coon Hound
The Redbone Coonhound is Healthy, lively, energetic dogs of hunting category they were being used for hunting raccoon and as a companion dog. Coonhounds are very healthy, loyal, tempered dogs which are very good with children.
Coonhound is very sturdy and need a lot of physical exercise. Coonhounds are born natural hunters, so they have a tendency to run off and hunt. And need to be taken on a daily walk or jog. This is Everglades to the mountains and also can be used as water dogs.
The Redbone Coonhound is not recommended for apartment but they can do okay, if it is sufficiently exercised.
10: Anatolian Shepherd
The Anatolian Shepherd dog is a muscular breed, which is rough, large and very robust. This is also known as Karabash dog. That was originated in Anatolia, Turkey and was further developed as a breed in America. T
his is very healthy and intelligent dog, that need early training otherwise it has tended to grow wilful and dominant. This dog has 3–4 years long age than other breeds of their size. Still, this is used for guarding farm and livestock in America.
11: Native American Indian Dog
The American Indian dog is a medium sized, lightly built, sturdy, self-caring and an intelligent dog of working category. They are well suitable for any extreme climate and need minimal grooming.
The American Indian dog is very alert and sensible dog, that won’t bark or attack without reason. Also, they are very loyal and protective of family and owner that make them an excellent family and watchdog.
