Over the past years, South Africa’s economy has been struggling, and its unemployment rate is amongst the highest in the world. This article proposes interventions to address these challenges.
The rise of globalisation coerced organisations to discover better ways of improving performance. Organisations do this to adapt to the changing global environment and attain a competitive advantage. In doing so, some organisations become desperate and resort to unethical and illegal practices.
Advancing digital technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence as a development policy priority that can improve the delivery of public services requires realignment of management processes if the South African government is serious about achieving this intervention.
